VAT at 20% is inclusive on all orders delivered to countries within the EEC, all other destinations are exempt from VAT.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note the minimum order is £5.00.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GBP (£) or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Expressthrough Paypal . Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling
The shipping costs will be confirmed before checkout but here is a rough idea of shipping costs.

UK
Standard - Betweeen £2.00 and £10.00* 1st Class Postage (Uninsured)
Insured (upto £50) - Between £5.00 and £15.00** Signed for, (Special Delivery.)
* please note all orders, WITHIN the UK, over £150.00 will be shipped free of charge except tobacco order.

Europe
Standard - Between £1.75 and £10.00 1st Class Postage (Uninsured)
Insured (upto £500) - Between £7.20 and £40.00** Signed for International, (Special Delivery.)

Rest of World
Standard - Between £2.60 and £53.00 1st Class Postage (Unisured)
Insured (upto £500) - Between £7.60 and £63.00** Signed for International (Special Delivery.)

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Orders despatched via DHL are delivered next day in the UK and 2-3 days for the rest of the world. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearing.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is inclusive. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
We cannot be held responsible for duties and taxes charged to the customer upon delivery. It is up to the customer when ordering to check that goods are not prohibited in their country and we will not be held responsible for any confiscations. If in doubt, please contact your local excise / customs office.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy
Mckenzie News does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
If the items you receive are faulty or you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Mckenzie News,  we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Goods may only be returned with permission from ourselves. Please contact us for a returns number and shipping instructions. Any item returned without consent from ourselves will not be accepted.
If you do not inform us within 7 days of receipt that you have decided to return goods which are not faulty, you will be charged a 5% re-stocking fee and postage will not be refunded.
